Processing and Shipping Times
We are proud to offer fast processing times, ensuring that your order is prepared and ready for shipment within 5 to 10 business days. Once your order is shipped, you can expect delivery based on the shipping method selected and the destination.
Free Curbside Delivery – Lower 48 States
Lavvabo offers free curbside delivery to the lower 48 states in the USA. This service ensures that your product will be delivered to your address, but the delivery is curbside only, meaning the driver will drop off the product at the curb, not inside your home or garage. Please note the following:
- The delivery truck will unload your vanity or stone product at the nearest curb or driveway.
- The driver is not responsible for bringing the item into your home or handling any additional setup or assembly.
- You are responsible for moving the product from the curb to your desired location. We recommend having someone available to assist with moving heavy items.
Delivery Inspection
It is essential that you inspect your product thoroughly before accepting the delivery. Please follow these steps:
- Check the packaging for any visible signs of damage, such as tears, cracks, or other imperfections.
- If you notice any damage to the packaging or the product, do not accept the delivery. Instead, document the damage with photos and request the driver to return the product.
- Any damage discovered after accepting the delivery may not be eligible for a replacement or refund, so please make sure to conduct a thorough inspection before signing.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently offer free curbside delivery only within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). At this time, we do not offer free shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations. If you are located outside of the lower 48 states and would like to place an order, please contact us at contact@lavvabo.com for a custom shipping quote.
Handling Time
Orders are typically processed and ready for shipment within 5 to 10 business days. Once your order is ready to ship, we will provide tracking information so that you can monitor your delivery. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location.
Local Pickup
For customers in the DMV area, we offer local pickup at our facility located at 9385 Washington Boulevard North. Local pickups are eligible for a 10% discount. To arrange a local pickup, select this option at checkout, and we will contact you with further instructions.
Additional Shipping Information
- Brackets: Please note that brackets for wall-mounted floating vanities are not included in the shipping package. If needed, please inquire separately.
- Overhang for Cabinets: If your vanity top will overhang your cabinet, please ensure the cabinet is properly supported before installation.
- No Custom Fees: All of our products are produced in the USA, so there are no customs duties or additional fees for U.S. customers.
Customer Responsibility
By purchasing from Lavvabo, you agree to the following responsibilities:
- You are responsible for inspecting your product upon delivery. Any issues must be documented before accepting the item.
- You are responsible for moving the product from the curb to your desired location, as the driver will not assist with placement beyond the curb.
- We are not liable for any damages or issues that arise after you have accepted the product and signed off on the delivery.
