Lavvabo Refund and Return Policy

At Lavvabo, we pride ourselves on offering high-quality, custom-designed vanities and stone products. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we are here to assist you with any questions or concerns regarding your purchase. Please review our Refund and Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Custom Orders

Since our products are often made-to-order and customized to meet specific customer requirements, we generally do not accept returns or issue refunds for custom projects, including custom-sized vanities, countertops, or any other made-to-order items. Please ensure that all dimensions, materials, and designs are confirmed before placing your order.

Standard Orders

For non-customized, standard-sized items, we offer a limited return and refund option under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility for Returns: Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@lavvabo.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Products

At Lavvabo, we take extra precautions to ensure that your product arrives safely. However, it is crucial that you carefully inspect your delivery before accepting it from the truck. This ensures that any potential damage that occurred during shipping can be addressed immediately.

  • Inspection Upon Delivery: Before signing for the delivery, please thoroughly inspect the packaging and the product for any visible damage (e.g., cracks, chips, or other defects).

    • If the packaging appears damaged or you suspect the product might be broken, do not accept the delivery.
    • Document the damage by taking photos of both the packaging and the product.
    • Note the issue on the delivery receipt and request the driver to return the item.
  • Reporting Damage: If you accept the delivery and later discover any concealed damage or defects, please contact us within 24 hours at contact@lavvabo.com, providing photos and a detailed description of the issue.

    • For concealed damage discovered after accepting the item, Lavvabo will review the situation, but we cannot guarantee refunds or replacements if the damage was not noted before the delivery was accepted.
  • Resolution: If the damage is confirmed during the inspection process before acceptance, we will either provide a replacement or issue a full refund.

By ensuring you inspect the product upon delivery, we can work together to prevent any issues and ensure you receive your product in perfect condition.

Important: If a product is visibly damaged upon delivery, please do not accept the shipment. Document the damage with the delivery carrier, note it on the bill of lading, and return the product immediately.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges:

  • Custom-sized or custom-designed products.
  • Items that have been installed or altered in any way.
  • Products that show signs of wear, misuse, or damage caused by improper installation or handling.
  • Minor variations in stone color, pattern, or texture. As stone is a natural material, slight differences in appearance are expected and are not considered defects.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method, minus any return shipping costs, if applicable.

Cancellations

Orders for standard items can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this window, cancellations are no longer possible, especially for custom orders.
